YOUR FIRST SESSION

1. INITIAL ASSESSMENT

We begin with a brief conversation about your:

  • movement history

  • current concerns or injuries

  • training background

  • goals

This helps guide the session with intention from the start.

2. POSTURAL & MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT

You’ll go through a detailed assessment looking at:

  • posture and alignment

  • joint positioning

  • mobility and restrictions

  • muscle activation patterns

This allows us to identify where your body may be compensating or lacking control.

WHO THIS IS FOR:

  • injury recovery or pain management

  • improving posture and alignment

  • athletes looking to refine control and efficiency

  • anyone wanting a more intentional approach to movement

WHAT TO BRING:

  • comfortable, form-fitting clothing

  • grip socks (recommended)

  • water

3. GUIDED MOVEMENT SESSION

You’ll be taken through a personalized Pilates-based session focusing on:

  • neuromuscular control

  • stability and coordination

  • alignment under movement

Expect slower, more intentional work that builds awareness and precision.

4. INDIVIDUALIZED PLAN

At the end of your session, you’ll receive guidance on:

  • what your body specifically needs

  • how we will progress your training

  • recommended session frequency

Every program is tailored to support both performance and long-term movement quality.
